What was that we said about being a simple Inn? In a true throwback to a simpler time, simple pastimes are encouraged. Napping. Reading. Playing cards. Friendly lawn sports. Campfires. Whine… or wine? You get the idea.

The Wandering Dog Inn offers 10 rooms with varying amenities to meet your needs.  The Main House is a 125 year old farm house with an open air veranda and 5 rooms upstairs that can accommodate 2 adults per room. There are 3 Main House Suites with ensuite bathrooms one Queen Room and one Teeny, Tiny room that have private bathrooms through they are located down the hall or down the stairs.   A common area offers board games, a small lending library and community fridge.  The Inn also offers 5 private suites  located at the back of the property with private entrances,  king or queen beds with private ensuite bathrooms, private screened porches, charcoal grills, bar fridges, microwaves and hammock.  Cottage Style Breakfast Buffet is included in the nightly rate and available daily 8am – 10am. 

We do not have TV’s.  No Fox News or CNN.  No one wants to talk about conspiracy theories.  We do not offer wifi.  The Inn is a No Zoom Zone.  Trust us, you’ll survive…
